Vintage Persian Kurdish runner rug with a striking floral bouquet motif know as Gol Farang. The wide border and vivid contrasting colors give this outstanding runner lots of visual pop. Colors include the navy ground, coral red border, accents in pistachio green, denim blue, lemon yellow, sky blue, rose pink, fawn, sand, dark chocolate, cream, and more. An unusually beautiful find!

Age: dated 1930-1940
Origin: Northwest Persia
Materials: Hand knotted handspun wool pile on a cotton foundation. Natural dyes.
Condition: Good condition overall with lustrous medium low pile. A few small professional repairs and small spots of lower pile. Ready to enjoy.
