About Ghormeh Sabzi

Ghormeh Sabzi is a herb stew. It is one of the most popular dishes in Iran. The main ingredients are a mixture of sauteed herbs, consisting mainly of parsley, leeks or green onions, coriander, seasoned with the key spice of dried fenugreek leaves. This mixture is cooked with kidney beans, dried limu, and turmeric, seasoned lamb or beef. Ghormeh Sabzi is served with rice.
