Fine antique Persian Lavar Kerman rug with graceful intertwining floral motifs surrounding a glorious petalform mandala centerpiece. The rug is characterized by subtle colors, exceptional artwork, and soft glossy wool. The main colors are cream, wine red, navy blue, and aqua. Accents include peach, jade green, powder blue, walnut, and fawn.

Age: 1890-1910
Origin: Kerman Lavar, Southeastern Persia
Materials: Hand knotted wool pile on a cotton foundation. Natural dyes.
Condition: Excellent condition overall with soft low pile over most of the rug with some areas lightly worn. Original ends and sides. Ready to enjoy and suitable for normal everyday use.
