Khorshid Lagha Khanoom Mosque is one of the mosques of Sanandaj. This mosque has been constructed to the style of shabistan mosques in Kurdistan, i.e. a courtyard with a fountain on the south side and a pillared porch and a shabistan with four wooden pillars on the north side. Of characteristics of Khorshid Lagha Khanoom Mosque is wooden doors with wooden arabesque inscriptions on the propylaeum. This mosque is named after its founder, Khorshid Lagha Khanoom (Lady Khorshid Lagha).
