Sa'at Tower (Clock Tower) is located in Shahrdari Square of Tabriz. Shahrdari Square of Tabriz is located at the intersection of Artesh Jonoobi and Imam Khomeini streets. People call this square Sa'at Ghabaghi (in front of the clock) which is because of the reputation of the clock installed on the Municipal Building in this square. Sa'at Tower has been constructed in 1936 to the order of Haj Arfa' ul-Mulk under the supervision of German Engineers with the style of buildings in Germany.
