About Hazireh Mosque

Hazireh Mosque is located in Abr and Mobarakeh neighborhoods of Yazd. It is known as Rowzeh Mohammadiyeh and is constructed by the properties of Haj Shams-od-Din Mohammad Ibn Zeyn-od-Din Alishah Meybodi. This Rowzeh has been a temple where the poor lived there and a place of worship built in 843 AH. The old building of the mosque was first constructed as a plain room with inner plaster lining and brick roofing and facade. The current building of Hazireh Mosque and all its tiling are newly constructed works except the marble installed at the altar. This mosque has three entrances. Hazireh Mosque has a grand and beautiful courtyard in the middle of which there is a pond.
