Tomb of Own ibn Ali and Zayd ibn Ali is located on Sorkhab Mountains in the north of Tabriz. It belongs to Ilkhanid Era and it is constructed to their style. This tomb was intact until 9th century. Then, it was completely destroyed by Ottoman forces in this period. In the reign of Shah Abbas I, it was rebuilt. Soon however, the 1193 A.H. earthquake damaged it seriously. In the last years of 13th century A.H., Ghahraman Mirza repaired the tomb. The building is composed of a porch, a patio, 9 chambers and 6 domes. In the past, this building was used to perform religious ceremonies.
