About Kolah Ghazi National Park

Kolah Ghazi National Park is located 36 km to the southeast of Isfahan. It is named Kolah Ghazi (hat of a judge in Persian)  because of the strange shape of the highest peak in this area. Two huge rocks with steep slopes make the peak of the mountain which is like a judge's hat from distance. Kolah Ghazi National Park is a home to many species of plants, mammals, birds and reptiles. Some are so valuable and some are in danger of extinction and they are under severe protection and support. There are no human settlements within Kolah Ghazi National Park.
