About Khosrow Abad Mansion

Khosrow Abad Mansion belongs to Qajar Era and it is located on Khosrow Abad Boulevard, Sanandaj. This building has been constructed in 1223 A.H. by Amanollah Khan Ardalan, the governor of Kurdistan in an area of 6000 m2. Adornments of this building include plasterwork, brickwork and elegant sash windows. A very large pool in the middle of this building has added to the beauty of this complex. The water for this mansion is supplied by aqueducts of Mount Abidar. Of attractions of Khosrow Abad Mansion is a pool and fountain with flowing water on its third floor. Khosrow Abad Mansion has been registered as a national monument of Iran.
