Building of Laundry House is located at the center of the historic area of Zanjan. It was constructed in 1345 A.H. for women due to the cold weather. People used to do their laundry in this house. Such an application for a public building is unique in Iran and rare in the world. It has been a public utility and round-the-clock center and people paid nothing to use it. This structure includes a courtyard with trees, the management building and the main space for doing the laundry. The management building overlooks the main space of the laundry house. This main space also has a beautiful landscape. Currently, this building is used as the Museum of Anthropology. Here, different costumes and ornaments as well as tools and equipment used by women are exposed to the public.
